About Your Ranpak Portal
Our new resource platform represents a significant upgrade to our current Distributors portal, which will be phased out later this year after an onboarding period for the new solution.
Your Ranpak Portal will provide you with all the key resources from our Distributor portal while adding exciting new support options. Here are some of the upgrades and functionality that Your Ranpak will provide to enhance your partnership experience:
- Access to marketing content and data resources.
- Service and technical support information for Ranpak solutions.
- All-new applications, including calculators and sustainability tools.
- Operational and customer-specific information linking to our ERP system.
Your Ranpak’s ERP integration will provide you with live insights on information related to order details, rebates, pricing, and machine locations. The portal will enable the support of specific roles and provide a base for future developments.
