RANPAK RE-DESIGNS THE FILLPAK TT®
High-Speed, Low Cost Voidfill System
CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio, July 20, 2006 - Ranpak Corp. has redesigned its highly successful FillPak TT® voidfill system, used for high-speed, low cost top and side voidfill applications. FillPak TT uses kraft paper to quickly produce an economical voidfill product for random applications.
FillPak TT converters use single-ply, fifteen-inch fanfold kraft paper to create a star-shaped tube of paper, which is geometrically the most efficient way to fill a void in the top of a box. The paper supply tray is conveniently mounted directly to the converter, which is on a rotating base, for easy loading. FillPak TT is easily operated by a foot switch, freeing the operator's hands for packing. FillPak TT dispenses the voidfill product directly into a box, further increasing the speed and efficiency of packing.
FillPak TT is the fastest, most economical voidfill system on the market, generating paper voidfill material at a speed of 60 inches per second. The totally modular, rotating system with adjustable stand allows the operator to easily install, use and load the converter to provide maximum up time and throughput. FillPak TT is versatile and can be easily configured as a floor or table stand to fit any packaging area. FillPak TT is adaptable and can be converted into a battery-operated unit when electrical outlets are not available. FillPak TT is lightweight; the entire converter only weighs 55 lbs. making it easy to move around.
